Current licensed users who have purchased Campground Master within the past year are eligible for free upgrades. All you have to
do is download the new version and install it (you don't need to uninstall the previous version). All previous data will be preserved.
You don't need your original CD or authorization codes -- each download is the complete program, and will be activated
automatically by your licensed database.
Important! -- If your free upgrades license expired before 6 / 2007 , then do not install this upgrade! It will not function
with your database unless you renew your upgrades for another year. (See View / Product Authorizations in the program to check your
free upgrades license expiration date.)

To download the Campground Master software, follow these steps:
Click on the download link: Click Here to download. (If you are using America Online,
see the problem notes below.)
With most browsers, you will see a window pop up asking you if you want to "open" or "save" the file.
Choose Save.
Your browser should then ask you what folder you want to save the file in. Usually it will default to whatever folder you
last saved a file in. It is a good idea to create a special folder (called C:\downloads, for example) where you save
downloaded files. Then you will always know where they are. When this window appears you should also make a note of the
filename of the file - you will need to know that to find it later.
Your browser will then begin downloading the file. How long this takes depends on the size of the file, the speed of your
modem, and the level of internet traffic on the server and the internet. Most browsers will show a progress bar so you
know how long it will take.
When the file is finished downloading, start Windows Explorer (or open the My Computer icon on your desktop) and go to
the folder where you saved the file.
Double-click on the name of the file, and it will begin installation. Just follow the on-screen prompts.
Note to Windows 95 users: This software requires Winsock2, which some older Windows 95 machines may not have installed. If you get
a "DLL not found" error message when running the software, you will need to install Winsock2. Click here to get Winsock2 from Microsoft

If you can't find the file you downloaded: You must know the filename.
In this case, it should be "campground_master_upgrade.exe".
If you know the filename, you can click on the Windows "Start" button, then "Find", then "Files or Folders..." and
do a search on the filename over your entire computer to find the file.
If you get an error when running the installation program: In some cases your computer's software or a network firewall
will prevent "exe" files from downloading properly. America Online browsers also have a problem with "exe" files.
If you are using AOL, then you can solve this problem by loading MS Internet Explorer (or Netscape, or other
browser) after logging on to AOL, and return to this page in that browser before downloading.
Also, If you are behind a company firewall, this may be causing a corrupt EXE download.
