Most setup functions for Reservation Friend 2-way integration are accessed through Maintenance / Online Reservations / Reservation Friend / Reservation Friend Setup. This one dialog (with multiple tabs and some sub-functions) covers just about everything needed for configuring the 2-way integration.
Note that communications with Reservation Friend is suspended while this dialog is open (in case any critical settings are changed), so be sure to only go into this during times when there are no other local operations (e.g. on other workstations in a networked environment).
