Our basic pricing is simple, with just a few options to decide on. If you plan to set up the database yourself (as 99% of our customers do),
then there are no per-site or per-room charges.
You can order by phone, online or by mail -- but if you're not sure which options you might need, please contact us before ordering so
that we can be sure your needs are covered. We would be happy to discuss the details with you,
without any pressure to buy.

Fine-tuning your setup We can help make the software work more smoothly by checking your setup and optimizing the sites and rate definitions.
This is offered free of charge as part of your support -- just let us know if you need help with your setup.

Importing data from other software The built-in import function can handle most importing needs automatically, but if you need help or have a program that doesn't
export data in a recognizable format, then you can contact us for assistance. If you can provide us with the database files from the
old software, we may be able to do this free of charge.

Setting up your campground database (sites, rates, and pick-lists).
Most of our customers are able to do this themselves using the detailed instructions in the manual and our free support,
but we can do the initial setup if you don't have the time yourself.

Setting up your map You can do this yourself using the instructions in the manual,
but we can do the map setup if you don't have the time yourself.
If you can provide a printed map that we can use for the background, the importing charge is about $75 per map page needed.
If you already have it in electronic form, the charge may be less. We can also create new, clean maps from your drawings or other
diagrams. The cost varies by number of sites or pages, but will typically be about $2/site.
If we're doing the database setup above, add an additional $1 per site to configure the site status indicators on the map.
