This is an example of an online reservation form you could put on your own web site. Of course you could have more or fewer fields or collect different information depending on your needs.

Campground Master will import the information from the form submission so you don't need to retype it, saving time and eliminating mistakes. You can verify their information and select an appropriate site (or verify their site selection) before accepting the reservation.

If you use the Export to Web function to generate web pages with a vacancy grid showing your site availability, clicking on a vacant site in the grid can bring your visitors to this form with the site number and arrival date already filled in.
